Laser Therapy Rental
-$100.00 one time refundable deposit will be charged along with the
-$150.00 non refundable rental fee per imprinted frequencies.
The laser can be rented by current clients who have submitted samples for testing. This can be used on humans and animals alike. Please be sure to specify what your goals are and we will work with you to custom imprint frequencies into the laser to get the most benefit from the laser therapy. Do not be afraid to ask, you may be surprised at what the laser can accomplish for you!
Once you receive the laser you can use it for up to 4 weeks before needing to return it. At that point you can let us know if you would like to imprint another round of frequencies and rent it out for an additional $150.00 fee or if you would like your $100.00 deposit returned once the laser is received in good working order.
If by the 6th week we do not receive the laser we will automatically charge an additional 4 week rental fee of $150.00.
*US Residents have a return label and envelope included at no extra cost to you.
We have very limited quantities and want to make sure that all our clients are able to benefit from the use of the lasers so please be prompt in returning them.
*** NEVER allow the laser to be pointed at anyone's eyes. It is a linear laser and so you will want to pass the laser over the body, the amount of times indicated by us when we send it out. It is very custom and specific to each individual. Please keep in mind the laser can not be shared with multiple persons as it is taylored to only one persons needs.
You will need to go over the body slowly starting at the feet and go all the way up and then back down. You will repeat this for the front of the body and the back of the body. That will constitute 1 pass. Depending on how severe the symptom you can concentrate it to a local area for up to 15 minutes up to 5 times a day. You will need to be intune with your body to know when to slow down or if you can continue on. If in doubt, please email us at support@rootcauseclinic.co.
Return Policy
Item must be returned within 60 days of sending to client. If item is not returned within this time period the $100.00 deposit will no longer be refunded and will be kept for the cost of replacing the laser.
Please keep laser away from water and do not point at eyes or on anyone it is not meant for. We ask that you do not drop it nor disassemble it in any way.

DO NOT REMOVE THE BATTERIES OR SCREW THE LASER CAP ON OR OFF. WE WILL SEND THE LASER TO YOU READY TO USE, ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS PUSH THE BUTTON ON AND OFF AT THE END OF THE LASER TIP.
RENTAL TIME USE
YOU ONLY NEED IT FOR THE LENGTH OF TIME INDICATED WHICH CAN RANGE FROM 2 TO 6 WEEKS. WE WILL REQUEST YOU SHIP IT BACK AFTER THE NECESSARY TIME IN ORDER TO REFUND THE $100. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE LASER AFTER 4 WEEKS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO REFUND THE $100 AND THE MONEY WILL BE FORFEITED.
